1. The quantity of houses for sale at San Jose has increased to 700 ~ 1,000 recently from 200 ~ 300 in the past.
2. Some houses at Russian Hill, SF have dropped from $5 million to $3 million.
3. The selling prices of houses around Stanford University remain stable.
4. The profit of start-ups at Cambridge, Boston has fallen to 25% of the last year. 
5. The stock prices of FANNG tanked and some of engineers have trouble paying house mortgage with current share prices.
6. Xiaomi and Meituan went IPO with compromises on valuations this summer.
7. Uber, Lyft, AirBnb, Pinterest, Slack, Robinhood, Didi, Toutiao are rushing to IPO next year.
